  • $4.99 flat rate shipping on all orders below $35.00
  • Orders will be shipped out within 1-3 days of purchase
  • Tracking numbers will be sent via email when items are shipped​
  • ​Please insure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout as this is the address we will be shipping to
  • If your address is wrong and results in the package being returned to us we will require the purchaser pay for a new shipping label to reship the items.
  • Food/Supplies are shipped via USPS
  • KLW Reptiles is not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages. Please contact your local USPS office to open claims on delayed packages
  • No returns/exchanges
Cancelation Policy: A 20% restocking fee will be held from your refund. Items are only eligable to be cancelled prior to shipping. Once your items have been shipped we will not refund/cancel your order.
